Late Booking Fee: After 5:00 PM Friday, $10 Fee Will Be Added
Weekday Ride Options

We do not offer general weekday service, but we can accommodate 2 weekday riders max if you work the exact same shift as our driver:
Tues/Wed/Thurs: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Sat/Sun: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Must be pre-approved. No flexibility on time.
Grace Period

At Crew Connect, we operate on a tight schedules to make sure everyone gets to work on time.
We offer a 10-minute grace period for pick-ups & drop-offs. After that, your ride is not guaranteed.
All sales are final. There are no refunds for:
No-shows
Late arrivals
Cancellations
Hours Of Operations

Saturday & Sunday
Route #1 | 10-6:30 PM
Route #2 | 12-8:30 PM
Route #3 | 2-10:30 PM
The times listed above are the departure times. Please plan your schedule based on the times listed above, should you need a ride with Crew Connect.
All shuttles will leave an hour earlier than the time you selected.
If you select the 10-6:30 route, the bus will leave at 9 AM.
Refunds

Unless Crew Connect cancels the ride, there are no refunds or credits for:
Sleeping in
Misreading the schedule
“Something came up”
Missing the shuttle by a few minutes
Should you miss a ride due to one of the reasons mentioned - you can not use that pass for another day.

Once your pass is confirmed, your spot is reserved. All pickup and drop-off locations are downtown Richmond, VA - 9th & Broad Street.
